Consulting/Coaching: Whole Instinct provides client-based interaction to help decipher what is the optimal plan to help you live the healthiest life you can. Using each client’s nutrient deficiencies, symptoms, lifestyle and current medical conditions & diagnoses, I collaborate with my clients to formulate a protocol of meals, eating habits, daily practices, and supplementation to allow each client function at their highest and healthiest level. I believe that everyone should be able to enjoy and afford a healthy lifestyle.
Meal Planning: Once I have a good idea of your food preferences, food restrictions, time restrictions, concerns and goals, a 7 or 14 day meal plan is created to not just help save time and money, but hopefully make cooking fun again! This service can either be added to a consultation package, or provided to you on its own.
